There are a miriad of culture change consultants, charging extensive fees to run organizations through complex models. My work with leaders is much simpler. I believe that to build a great culture, the CEO and leadership team must model behaviors aligned with clearly defined core values that your bring alive daily in the awareness of the people in your organization.
As well, I believe the CEO and leadership team must be inspired by their companies purpose – which too must be clearly defined and come alive daily with the people in your organization.
Culture change is behavioral change – at the top. It cannot be delegated and executed mechanically.
